The client's need was to create a modern interior design concept for a prestigious penthouse located in the center of Modena, digitally enhancing it with modern furnishings and finishes.
Our work consisted of designing the layout, as well as creating renderings, virtual tours and communication brochures. The material produced was aimed at helping the client sell the property "on paper" by showing a foreshadowing of a possible renovation.
